Overview

ATIIC accepts donations to support our mission, programs, events, educational work, and community services. Donations made through our website are voluntary contributions and are not purchases of goods or services.

Because donations are contributions to ATIIC, all donations are considered final and non-returnable.

No Returns

ATIIC does not offer returns because donation payments do not involve physical products being sold or shipped. There are no items to return, exchange, or replace.

No Refunds

All donations are final once submitted. We do not provide refunds for completed donations except in limited situations, such as:

• A duplicate donation was made by mistake

• The wrong donation amount was entered by mistake

• There was a technical or payment processing error

Refund requests for these limited situations must be submitted as soon as possible after the donation is made.

Donation Errors

If you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us and include:

• Your full name

• The email address used for the donation

• The donation date

• The donation amount

• A short explanation of the issue

ATIIC will review the request and determine whether a refund is appropriate. Approval of any refund is at ATIIC’s discretion.

Processing Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be returned to the original payment method used for the donation. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank, card provider, PayPal, Stripe, or other payment processor.

Payment processing fees may not be refundable in some cases.
