ATIIC Talks brings together scholars, professionals, and community leaders to discuss communication, psychology, and human well-being in today’s rapidly changing world.
BREATHING ANEW Holistic Healing: From the Individual to Society
Life begins with our first breath. Yet, amid the demands of everyday life, we often lose our connection with the way we breathe. Breath is not merely a physiological function; it is a fundamental source of life closely associated with body awareness, emotional balance, stress regulation, and holistic well-being.
In this ATIIC Talks workshop, the relationship between breath awareness, individual well-being, and collective wellness will be explored from a holistic perspective. Participants will be introduced to relevant knowledge, shared experiences, and practical breath-awareness techniques.
About the Event
ATIIC Talks brings together scholars, professionals, researchers, and community leaders to explore ideas that strengthen intercultural understanding and global dialogue. This panel will examine the relationship between reality, human perception, communication, and psychological well-being in an era increasingly influenced by misinformation and competing narratives.
